A great 4* hotel at a great price for cental London

My double room was a little small - had to keep negotiating with the bed and the wall to move around.

The air con vents were right outside my bedroom window and made an horific noise all night - which kept me awake a good part of it.And I needed a good nights sleep in preperation for an important meeting the following day

Location, Room was new

The room was the smallest one I have every stayed in and I could not see outside (no window)...like being stored in a broom closet!

Very noisy room even after being moved from basement. 24hour ventilation system outside window. Room small .Broken door handle to bathroom. Staff did not seem to care. Would not stay at this hotel again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room decor was modern and the room itself was kept very clean. Love the location. I will definately look at this hotel again.

The rooms are definately small. It is definately not for the stout person who requires space. The walls are quite thin which means that it may be possible to hear a couple "going at it" or children stomping on the floors above. Aside from this, it

It was what is expected for the amount i paid. It is clearly a boutique hotel. This is somthing you should perhaps mention in the pitch for the ad,.

I didnt like the mistakes they made when i was checking in. There was a cue building up and i wanted to just go to my room. The staff behind the desk where arguing and not thinking in the best interest of the customer. Most of the people waiting could not speak English. This cause long hauled out problems. A £25 European book of get by quotes would not go a miss. This episode took 15 mins

Parking is expensive near the hotel. Watch the rates at the Queensway Car Park upon entry.
